Refund policy

At this time of the Pandemic, I am not accepting returns on finished pieces. I do my best to share with you quality pictures of the pieces and to include descriptions as detailed as possible about the piece.

Returns on Knit Patterns are not accepted.

If there is an issue with a piece or with a pattern, you can contact me at info@yessysdesigns.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
